The pretzel bun comes in a form of a baguette, but it is made of pretzel dough. Therefore, we call it simply "Preguette", half pretzel, half Baguette. The 100g Preguette is great to eat as it is or with mustard, curry tomato sauce, like a hot dog or as a sandwich. Preguettes are called Laugenstangen in Germany and are very common to find. Our bakery just uses real Butter. Our preguettes are free of any margarine, vegetable oil and seed oil.
We bake fresh on order from Monday to Friday. Best time is to order the day before to make sure, it's available. With a heads-up, we can bake as well on Saturdays and Sundays.
