The pretzel bun comes in a form of a baguette, but it is made of pretzel dough. Therefore, we call it simply "Preguette", half pretzel, half Baguette. The 100g Preguette is great to eat as it is or with mustard, curry tomato sauce, like a hot dog or as a sandwich. Preguettes are called Laugenstangen in Germany and are very common to find.
We bake fresh on order from Monday to Friday. Best time is to order the day before to make sure, it's available. With a heads-up, we can bake as well on Saturdays and Sundays.

Germany is also famous for it's Soft Pretzels. Best combination: German Beer, German sausages and nice fresh Soft Pretzel with a bit of salt on it.

Emmental is a matured cheese made from cow's milk and mild in flavor. It originates from the Emmental region of Switzerland. There it is called Emmentaler. Diary ESTANA produces artisanal Emmental in La Ceja, near Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.

ESTANA Manchego cheese is an artisan cheese made from cow's milk. In Spain, Manchego is produced with sheep's milk, from the Manchega breed. In Mexico, Manchego is produced from cow's milk. Manchego is a matured cheese and the edges are made with its typical grooved structure.

Cheddar is a traditional English cheese made from cow's milk. The cheese diary ESTANA makes it Cheddar artisanal and leaves this reference to mature for 5 to 6 months. The red coating is wax and easily to take off - please don't eat it. It is just there to preserve the cheese from moisture and unwanted bacteria. The wedges are hand-sliced and therefore come in different weights. The wedges are vacuum packed to preserve its amazing flavour and quality.

ESTANA's feta cheese is made from cow's milk here in Colombia. This feta is milder in taste than feta cheese made from goat or sheep milk, as it is traditionally made in Greece. The most famous recipe with feta is the Greek salad. But there are many other recipes with meat, vegetables, bread. Feta can also be found in some gourmet burgers.

This is now the spiciest Curry Sauce we ever made - even spicier than the Ghost Pepper. It is made with Carolina Reaper. Carolina Reaper is rated at more than 1.5 to 2.2 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU). Be careful with this sauce - it could cause harm to people who are not used to eat extreme spicy.

The Curry sauce is the typical sauce of the fast food in Germany. It is usually served with German sausages with Brötchen (buns) or french fries. Invented in 1949 in Berlin by Hera Heuwer. The German sausage with TomatoCurry sauce is called Currywurst.
