Cheddar is a traditional English cheese made from cow's milk. The cheese diary ESTANA makes it Cheddar artisanal and leaves this reference to mature for 5 to 6 months. The red coating is wax and easily to take off - please don't eat it. It is just there to preserve the cheese from moisture and unwanted bacteria. The wedges are hand-sliced and therefore come in different weights. The wedges are vacuum packed to preserve its amazing flavour and quality.

Emmental is a matured cheese made from cow's milk and mild in flavor. It originates from the Emmental region of Switzerland. There it is called Emmentaler. Diary ESTANA produces artisanal Emmental in La Ceja, near Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.

ESTANA's feta cheese is made from cow's milk here in Colombia. This feta is milder in taste than feta cheese made from goat or sheep milk, as it is traditionally made in Greece. The most famous recipe with feta is the Greek salad. But there are many other recipes with meat, vegetables, bread. Feta can also be found in some gourmet burgers.
