The Brie is a soft cheese made from cow's milk and comes from the French region of the same name, Brie. Due to the cream added, ESTANA Brie is slightly yellow under its eatable white mold rind. It is traditionally matured for four to six weeks. Brie is packed and sealed in wheels and has a weight of approx. 175 grams, approx. 2.5 cm high and approx. 8.5 cm Ø
